By purchasing or using any Free Agent product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tier 00 Starter Kits are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the templates, scripts, and workflows in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share kit contents with third parties.
Tier 00 kits are $27 one-time purchases. Subscription tiers (Tier 01, 03) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. All payments are processed through Stripe.
Due to the instant-delivery digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your kit, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.
Free Agent provides business productivity tools and templates. Our products do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Users in regulated professions (appraisers, inspectors) should verify that any template or workflow complies with applicable licensing requirements, including but not limited to USPAP standards. You are solely responsible for how you use these tools in your business.
Free Agent's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
